Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Security Solutions Expert to join our team as a Technical Consultant. In this critical role, you will play a key part in helping customers maximize the value of their security solutions.

You will guide customers through every stage of their product adoption journey, ensuring seamless deployment, integration, and continuous optimization.

Main Responsibilities
  • Implement SWG, CASB, ZTNA, DLP, and other SSE security solutions according to Solution Architect's design specifications.
  • Configure advanced security policies, user access controls, and enterprise integrations to meet customer needs.
  • Migrate and optimize security policies to ensure compliance with industry best practices.
  • Perform thorough pilot testing, UAT, and final production rollout to guarantee successful deployments.
  • Deliver comprehensive technical training and enablement to customer teams to effectively manage the product.
  • Provide ongoing technical guidance and troubleshooting support for complex issues.
  • Lead workshops and enablement sessions to upskill customer teams on security best practices.
  • Offer continuous education and coaching to customers on existing and new features to ensure they fully utilize the solution.
  • Manage and escalate customer concerns internally when necessary.
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact post-deployment, ensuring customers fully adopt, optimize, and expand their SSE solution.
  • Monitor solution performance, adoption, and provide proactive recommendations to improve efficiency, security, and compliance.
