About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Security Specialist to join our global team of digital security experts. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and addressing the cybersecurity needs of our enterprise customers.

This role requires a passion for security and a deep understanding of compliance, identity management, and AI-driven automation. You will work closely with our customers to develop tailored solutions that meet their unique security challenges.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive business growth and customer success.

You will also have access to cutting-edge technology and training programs to help you stay up-to-date on the latest security trends and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Excellence: Lead named accounts in assigned territory, build external stakeholder mapping to accelerate deal closure, and perform business analysis to pursue high-potential customers.
  2. Scaling and Collaboration: Collaborate on planning, orchestration, and execution of Security opportunities with virtual teams made up of internal stakeholders and partners.
  3. Industry Awareness: Initiate and lead Security conversations, share best practices, key competitor knowledge, and customer insights across solution areas.
  4. Sales Execution: Drive new sales and new customer engagements using innovative approaches, leveraging digital signals, partnership events, social selling (LinkedIn), and networking opportunities.
  5. Learning: Complete required training and obtain relevant security expertise and certifications aligned to the role.
Requirements
  • 7+ years sales and negotiation experience, or bachelor's degree in business management, Information Technology, Marketing (or equivalent) or related field AND 4+ years sales and negotiation experience or related work or internship experience.
