The Grounds of Alexandria and the Grounds of Eveleigh are seeking passionate, committed, and experienced event hospitality staff to join our team.

Working on the floor and in the bar, you will assist the venue team to deliver functions successfully. As a member of our Events & Functions Team, you will be:

  • A warm, bubbly personality with exceptional communication skills.
  • High standard of presentation and high-quality service delivery.
  • At least 1-2 years of solid FOH experience.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team.
  • Excellent communication and liaison skills.
  • Belief in making every moment unique and special to clients.

**Job Responsibilities**

Supporting the Event Operations Management team, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring standards of service are met at every event and creating an outstanding experience for every client.
  • Maintaining a high level of focus on quality and customer experience at all times.
  • Ensuring exceptional venue standards are met in regard to venue cleanliness and presentation.
  • Working efficiently and collaboratively with all departments.

**Requirements**

- Full working rights to work in Australia.

- Current RSA certification required.
