System Support Associate

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team and support our software application.

  • The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to triage and troubleshoot technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • They will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service, communicating effectively with customers and resolving their queries in a professional and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone or email, responding to their queries and resolving their technical issues.
  • Triangulate complex problems by gathering relevant information from various sources.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders, including development teams, to resolve technical issues and implement solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
