Job Title: Technology Contract Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to collaborate with technology stakeholders and business owners to create and implement portfolio-wide contract and supplier management strategies.
About the Role:
- Collaborate with stakeholders and business owners to develop and implement portfolio contract and supplier management frameworks.
- Drive vendor engagement and contracting processes to meet key business objectives.
- Work closely with teams across Finance, Legal, Privacy, Risk, and Cyber to ensure comprehensive alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead contracting negotiations for new vendor engagements and across a portfolio of existing vendor renewals.
- Ensure necessary commercial practices are agreed before progressing to sourcing.
- Support new initiatives and business cases by performing upfront market research and due diligence on new vendors.
- Maintain ongoing governance of existing vendors and strategically plan renewals.
- Act as the commercial contracting expert for projects and tenders.
- Monitor industry trends and pricing fluctuations.
