Role Overview:

The Inside Sales Representative provides support to Enterprise and Major Sales Account Representatives to drive deals from business development to closure. This is a cross-functional role that may work with legal, customer success, finance, renewal, and quoting teams to ensure deals are closed effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Master the company's business goals and go-to-market strategies.
  • Effectively communicate the Trellix value proposition and differentiators to clients.
  • Manage accounts within a designated territory.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand Trellix's presence.
  • Build relationships with decision-makers and address customer needs.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure customer success and revenue growth.
  • Work closely with channel partners and oversee the entire sales process from initiation to post-sale support.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of technology sales, product, or business development experience, ideally in the Security Software industry.
  • Lead generation by identifying and reaching out to potential customers.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong skills in time management, account and territory management, verbal and written communication, and presenting.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for generating new business opportunities.

You are a disciplined sales professional with a proven track record of success. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and you are energized by creating new business opportunities. You are self-motivated, persistent, and able to drive for success to deliver above sales goals.
