About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Simpro Software Pty Ltd. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by engaging with potential clients, building relationships, and closing deals or setting an appointment with the Account Executive for our Premium product.

Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify leads, understand customer needs, and present tailored solutions to meet their business goals.
  • Learn the AroFlo software to best address potential customer's needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through a consultative sales approach.
  • Manage and update customer data in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to improve lead-generation efforts.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales reports to management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product developments.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Inside Sales Representative or in a related sales role.
  • Qualifications in a Marketing degree would be an advantage.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong desire to achieve sales goals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools (HubSpot or Salesforce ideal).
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • An understanding of trade processes and workflows.
