Client Service Coordinator

As a Rostering and Scheduling Officer, you will be responsible for the efficient allocation of client services and rostering of Community Support Workers. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate will work closely with our team to ensure timely and responsive services to our clients. They will play a critical role in supporting the smooth operation of our aged care services.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the allocation of client services to meet individual needs.
- Develop and implement scheduling strategies to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain up-to-date database records and provide clear information to stakeholders.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with diverse groups.
- Experience working in a similar environment, preferably in the Aged Care sector.
- Relevant qualifications in Business or Aged Care would be advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in computer systems and office processes, with a focus on data management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
