Project Coordination Specialist

This role is focused on delivering projects and ensuring quality compliance across manufacturing operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project coordination and quality systems, with previous experience in metal manufacturing or sheet metal environments. Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks is also required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
  • Assist in defining project scopes, setting objectives, and tracking performance metrics
  • Maintain detailed project plans, update schedules, and report on progress status
  • Prepare and submit necessary documentation, including ITPs, MDRs, and welder registers
  • Provide support with estimating and drafting activities
  • Manage small-scale projects under guidance from management
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders throughout project execution
Requirements
  • Prior experience in metal manufacturing or sheet metal industries
  • Solid understanding of project coordination and quality control processes
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks software applications
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and multitasking skills
