About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Officer to join our team at SA Health. As an Administration Officer, you will provide comprehensive and confidential secretarial, administrative, and reception services to our Division of Medicine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication skills to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, reports, and other documents.
  • Assist with ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment.
  • Provide administrative support to senior divisional staff, including diary management, mail management, and report preparation.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
