**The Opportunity**

Our client is a prestigious Golf & Country Club located at Brookwater. They are seeking a motivated Administration Officer with excellent customer service skills and some accounts knowledge to join their team in a newly created role.

**Duties**:
This position will include the following tasks and responsibilities:

- Maintain general office supplies and provide administraton support to the team
- Assist with Memberships, including database management and enquiries
- Assist with basic accounts including raising purchase orders, receipting and reconciling
- Help to solve any accounts queries in conjunction with the accounts team
- Provide both administrative and customer service assistance for functions being held at the venue
- Document control and management

**Skills and Experience**:
To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Proven experience in administration and accounts
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced and ever-changing environment
- The ability to liaise with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Comfortable using the MS Suite and able to learn new systems quickly
