**About the Company**

Edwards Group is a South Australia family owned and operated tourism company with their head office in Mawson Lakes. They are SA’s second largest operator of caravan parks, residential parks and lifestyle villages, and offer specialist building services for parks and villages for the lifestyle industry as Destination Homes Australia.

**About the Role**

As the Operations Administrator, you will support the Operations Coordinator to provide day-to-day support to on-site team members working in parks and villages. A dynamic role that is sure to offer exciting new challenges each day and an opportunity to use strong problem solving and research skills. You’ll grow your love and learn more about tourism, domestic travel and camping in regional Australia. This newly created role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis.

**Duties**
- Support with maintenance and updates of PMS (Newbook) for parks and villages
- Collate information and research relating to park and village processes
- Plan and develop new work processes and procedures
- Provide support for implementation of new processes
- Assist with research and development projects
- Provide operational support to other head office team members as required
- Travel to the parks at times will be required

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience in a hospitality or tourism operations role
- Strong attention to detail
- Interest and knowledge in domestic travel and local tourism industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- MS Office experience
