About the Opportunity

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the CAMHS team as a Administration Officer, where you will be responsible for:

Perform efficient and courteous front counter and telephone reception duties. Manage telephone and email enquiries in an appropriate manner. Contribute to a team environment, which promotes positivity, learning and development, safety and welfare of employees, acknowledges differences and encourages creativity, innovation and honesty.

May be deployed to a variety of CAMHS sites across the metropolitan region.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing, to a wide range of people on a range of issues. Ability to use initiative, work with minimal supervision and relate to people at various levels within an organisation. Ability to prioritise own workload, work under general direction and meet agreed timelines and objectives. Experience in the provision of administrative support.
