Key Responsibilities:

As our HR Manager, you will be responsible for fostering a positive and engaged working environment for all colleagues. This includes leading, mentoring, and guiding hotel leaders during the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring that all new colleagues have received the appropriate tools to succeed.

Key Accountabilities:

Continue to develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention
Lead the recruitment process, ensuring that all new colleagues have received the appropriate training and support
Manage employee records and ensure compliance with relevant employee laws and regulations
Develop and implement policies and procedures to support the hotel's people strategy
Partner with the leadership team to implement workplace health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives

Requirements:

3 years' experience in Human Resources or a related field
Some college courses in Human Resources, Employment Law, or a related field preferred
Must speak fluent English
