About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Tandem Partners. As a key member of our People & Culture team, you will play a critical role in establishing and maintaining a strong partnership between the operational business unit and People, Culture and Safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide effective, accurate and timely human resources support, advice and coaching to managers and employees across the organisation.
- Establish and maintain a strong and supportive partnership between the operational business unit and People, Culture and Safety.
- Work across all aspects of human resources, including program development, talent management, learning and development, coaching and mentoring, performance management and employee relations.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in a not-for-profit, family community services, mental health, disability, or volunteer environment, ideally with a blended workforce.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in human resources management, business, or psychology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including coaching, influencing, and negotiation.
- Strong attention to detail and a strong results orientation.
- Sound judgement and decision-making skills.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.

What We Offer
- A competitive remuneration package of $120-130,000 inclusive of superannuation, commensurate with experience.
- Salary packaging (up to $15,900 for living expenses and up to $2,650 for meals/entertainment).
