Business Development Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Telemarketer/Appointment Setter. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced target-driven environment, has excellent communication and research skills, and is proactive in identifying key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients exhibiting at key trade shows and expos.
  • Build and maintain lists of prospects using online directories and LinkedIn.
  • Making outbound calls and sending personalized emails to introduce our services.
  • Qualifying leads based on criteria provided by the Sales team.
  • Booking appointments with decision-makers and updating CRM with accurate lead data.
  • Following up on cold and warm leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in telemarketing, cold calling, appointment setting, or lead generation (B2B preferred).
  • Excellent research skills – able to independently source leads and verify information.
  • Strong communication skills – clear, engaging, and persuasive.
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot or similar).
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
