We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Telemarketing professional to join our organization.

Job Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying key decision-makers, conducting market research, and setting qualified appointments for Business Development and Sales teams.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth research to identify potential clients exhibiting at key trade shows and expos.
  • Build and maintain lists of prospects using online directories, show exhibitor lists, and LinkedIn.
  • Makes outbound calls and sends personalized emails to introduce services.
  • Qualifies leads based on criteria provided by the Sales team.
  • Books appointments with decision-makers and updates CRM with accurate lead data.
  • Follows up on cold and warm leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Collaborates with the Head of Lead Generation and Marketing team to align messaging.
  • Tracks performance and reports on key metrics weekly.
Main Requirements:
  • Proven experience in telemarketing, cold calling, appointment setting, or lead generation (B2B preferred).
  • Excellent research skills – able to independently source leads and verify information.
  • Strong communication skills – clear, engaging, and persuasive.
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Experience in exhibitions/events/marketing industry is a plus.
