**The Role**
We are seeking an experienced **Payroll Manager** to lead our payroll team and drive strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations, and providing expert advice on annual reporting.
This role offers a unique opportunity to develop and implement process improvements, optimise systems, and provide strategic insights to key stakeholders.
**Responsibilities**
- Lead and coach a high-performing payroll team to achieve exceptional results
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in payroll operations
**Requirements**
- At least 6 years of experience in a similar role with a focus on leadership and strategy
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex financial data to leadership
- Experience working in a large matrix organisation with a strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
**What We Offer**
