The successful candidate will ensure an integrated approach to solution delivery, working closely with stakeholders and external partners.

The role involves overseeing solution requirements, systems design, development (with vendors), system integration, testing, and management of interdependencies between vendors and solutions for all projects. Additionally, the Lead Technical Delivery Strategist will integrate and work with SMEs and stakeholders in the Agency and external partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversight of joined-up DevOps/DevSecOps practices for solution delivery
  • Experience in standard development, delivery, and operational processes like SDLC, COBIT, Prince2, ISO9001, ITSM, SIAM or similar
  • Minimum of 12 years experience working in the delivery of software delivery solutions
  • Skills in software engineering design, development, testing, working with/managing multiple 3rd parties and delivery into the operational environment
