Your day-to-day as a Lead Workplace Strategist involves:

  • Pitching to potential clients on our workplace strategy and change management services
  • Leading business development and growth activities
  • Managing analysts and consultants within the team
  • Developing workplace strategies and solutions
  • Project management from a budget and resourcing perspective
  • Designing client events, activities, and communications

About you:

  • Proven experience in workplace strategy and change management
  • A team player with negotiation and influence skills
  • Adept project manager with exceptional communication skills
  • High emotional intelligence for dealing with people and change
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on skills

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. Please note that the successful applicant will be required to undergo pre-employment background screening.
