Transportation Coordinator for Patient Care
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Transportation Coordinator for Patient Care. This role involves providing safe and efficient transportation for patients attending non-emergency appointments in Perth.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a caring nature, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. They will be responsible for assisting patients with disabilities or mobility issues, communicating with dispatch teams, and conducting vehicle checks to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
To excel in this role, the ideal candidate will possess relevant qualifications, such as current First Aid certification, an unrestricted driver's license, and a national police clearance. Additionally, they will have a strong work ethic, a commitment to delivering high-quality patient-centric care, and a passion for making a positive impact.
