The primary role of the Patient Care Support Specialist is to provide high-quality patient care services in a Day Surgery Ward, ensuring seamless support for multiple surgical specialties.
Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional patient care under the direction of Registered Nurses/Midwives/Enrolled Nurses.
- Transfer patients safely using appropriate transport methods and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
- Perform duties according to the duty list while upholding patient privacy standards.
- Collaborate with Nursing Caregivers to enhance patient care and contribute to an efficient admission, transfer, and discharge process.
We seek motivated individuals holding a Certificate III in Health Service Assistance (Client/Patient Services) or similar qualification. A tertiary-level health education is preferred, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
