Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing safe and efficient patient transportation services
  • Collaborating with hospital staff to ensure seamless transfers
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and readiness of transport vehicles
  • Recording and managing patient details during transfers
  • Delivering first aid and adhering to infection control standards
  • Building positive relationships with hospital staff and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • A current C Class driver's licence with PTD endorsement (or willing to obtain one)
  • Experience in a similar role or customer-facing environment
  • A valid Working with Children Check within six months
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • A commitment to safety and patient-centred care
  • Relevant qualifications such as Cert III in Health Science, Cert III in Non-Urgent Client Transport, EN, RN or Diploma/Degree in Paramedicine or higher
