Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled recovery professional to join our organization. As a key member of our recoveries team, you will be responsible for identifying third-party information to support achievement of recovery outcomes, preparing loss documents, and proactively contacting customers to ensure timely and effective response to customer needs.
About the Role:
- Identify relevant data to support recovery objectives
- Prepare necessary documentation associated with claims
- Proactively contact customers to ensure prompt and effective response to customer inquiries
- Accurately process recovery claims, financial transactions, and reconciliation through adherence to established policies and procedures
- Provide general support to the Recoveries Team
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience working in a customer-facing role and ability to work independently
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Demonstrated evidence of technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, reporting tools, and communication platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
