Service Continuity Expert Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Continuity specialist to play a key role in the planning and execution of disaster recovery plans. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing how our services would be impacted in case of disastrous events, working closely with tech owners to develop and test disaster recovery plans.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2/3 years' experience in a similar Service Continuity/Disaster Recovery role within a complex enterprise environment. They will also have knowledge of ITIL Service Continuity and Incident Management, as well as strong analytical skills.

The role requires the ability to work on complex and challenging disaster recovery scenarios, taking into account various impacts on our services. The successful candidate will also be required to report on the end-to-end Service Continuity processes to meet regulatory and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute disaster recovery scenarios across a range of technologies
  • Identify misalignment between dependent system criticalities and manage mitigation
  • Work with tech owners to develop and test disaster recovery plans (DRPs) and manage the execution of those plans
  • Report on the end-to-end Service Continuity processes to meet regulatory and business requirements
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2/3 years' experience in a similar Service Continuity/Disaster Recovery role within a complex enterprise environment
  • Knowledge of ITIL Service Continuity and Incident Management
  • Strong communication, facilitation and analytical skills
