We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Recovery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the credit control unit, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining debtors within established limits while ensuring the protection of our investments.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage debtor accounts including collections, analysis, and reconciliation processes
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers to support improved cash recoveries
  • Produce accurate, timely reports to monitor accounts and report distribution to internal stakeholders
  • Investigate and manage disputes ensuring regular follow-up or escalation as necessary

Key skills include:

  • Strong administrative, procedural, and organizational abilities
  • 2+ years' experience with debtor management and analysis
  • Ability to handle challenging customer interactions and build relationships at all levels
