**Job Overview:**

As a specialist in recovery operations, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Chubb Recoveries Team.

  • Provide operational and technical support to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of subrogation and recovery matters across various lines of business.
  • Coach and mentor junior recovery claim handlers in their technical fields.
  • Effectively communicate and negotiate with third parties to maximize recovery outcomes.
  • Maintain an active diary to achieve timely development of files and disposition of claims.
  • Promptly document all developments in the recovery claims system.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**

  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in claims management, across multiple lines of business.
  • In-depth knowledge of the insurance industry, including international insurance practices.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to develop and implement ambitious goals.
  • Good understanding of recovery analytics systems (desirable).
