About the Role

Chubb is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Lines Underwriter to join our Major Accounts Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for underwriting and analyzing complex financial lines risks, developing and implementing underwriting strategies, and building strong relationships with major customers and brokers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Underwrite and analyze complex financial lines risks, including liability, property, and specialty lines.
  • Develop and implement underwriting strategies to achieve business objectives and manage risk.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with major customers and brokers, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments to ensure Chubb's underwriting practices remain best-in-class.
Requirements
  • Strong technical underwriting skills and knowledge of financial lines products.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the insurance industry.
  • Experience working with major customers and brokers, with a proven track record of building strong relationships.
