Occupational Rehabilitation Professional

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate professional to join our team as an Occupational Rehabilitation Consultant. In this role, you will work with clients who have experienced illness, disability, or injury, providing tailored support to help them achieve return to health and return to work outcomes.

About the Role
  • This is a dynamic and rewarding position that offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives.
  • You will work closely with clients, employers, and medical professionals to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs.
  • Your duties will include case management, applying your clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes, and working collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve desired results.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Health Sciences, or Rehabilitation Counselling.
  • General or Provisional registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Psychologist or eligibility for Associate or Full membership with Australian Society of Rehabilitation Counsellors (ASORC).
  • Previous experience working in Occupational Rehabilitation would be highly regarded.
  • Fabulous communication skills, compassion, kindness, and empathy are essential for success in this role.
  • A current NSW Driver's License and access to own car with comprehensive car insurance is required.
