Project Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to support our business development efforts across infrastructure, engineering and construction projects.

This role will suit someone with experience in project coordination, proposals or tendering, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating with technical experts and stakeholders.

  • Identify, review and respond to project opportunities across relevant sectors
  • Coordinate inputs from technical teams to develop clear, accurate and persuasive proposals
  • Manage the end-to-end proposal development process, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment
  • Translate technical information into compelling, client-focused content
  • Review submissions to ensure accuracy, clarity and professionalism
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients and partners
About You
  • Experience in project coordination, proposal writing or tender development
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, proposal writing or tender development
  • Background in infrastructure, engineering or construction highly regarded
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills, able to juggle multiple deadlines
  • Confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels
