We are seeking a driven Business Growth Specialist to spearhead our regional expansion strategy.

This key role requires a proactive, results-driven professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and excels at building meaningful relationships. You will spend significant time engaging directly with clients—through meetings, site visits, and networking events—while also managing inbound leads and creating new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pursue new and existing business opportunities, arranging meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
  • Develop and deliver compelling customer presentations tailored to client needs and objectives.
  • Effectively communicate new product developments and value propositions to prospective and existing clients.
  • Formulate and execute a growth strategy focused on revenue generation and long-term customer satisfaction.
  • Promote the company's portfolio of products and services, addressing and anticipating client objectives.
  • Build and manage detailed business plans, identifying and cultivating relationships with key partners, including system integrators, large-scale installers, distributors, and end-users.
  • Design and implement annual and periodic sales activity plans in alignment with corporate best practices, ensuring all activities are objective-driven and outcomes are analysed.
  • Represent the company professionally at conferences, exhibitions, client meetings, and industry networking events.
  • Demonstrate agility and resilience by maintaining professionalism under pressure and adapting quickly to changing circumstances.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the surveillance and security industry.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and securing new business within the security or surveillance sector.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a high proficiency in English.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
  • In-depth knowledge of the security and surveillance market is highly regarded, though not essential.
  • Strong time management and planning abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline.
