Job Description

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team and take on the role of overseeing business operations in a region with significant growth opportunities. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business expansion, improving operational efficiency, and leading a high-performing team.

Reporting to the Business Centre Operations Leader (BCOL), the Business Leader will be accountable for:

  • Overseeing daily business operations, including safety leadership, people management, client service, and operational excellence.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Leading and managing a team of professionals to achieve business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven leadership experience, with a track record of successfully managing teams and driving business results.
  • Strong financial acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and a minimum of 10 years' related work experience.
