Case Manager Position Overview

The Court Innovation Program is seeking a highly skilled Case Manager to play a critical role in supporting court users and stakeholders.

This position requires exceptional communication skills, strong relationships with government and non-government organizations, and the ability to assess and manage complex case loads.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess risk and needs of participants and develop case management plans
  • Develop effective relationships with stakeholders to initiate and facilitate linkages to appropriate services
  • Provide verbal and written advice to inform bail and sentencing decisions
  • Liaise with judiciary, legal profession, and court staff to manage participant involvement and progress
  • Conduct peer reviews and verifications of assessments and case planning activities

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
