ER Case Specialist Role

The primary focus of this ER Case Specialist role is to provide expert support in managing employee relations matters, ensuring a fair and compliant approach. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead investigations into employee grievances and misconduct cases, ensuring thorough documentation and adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
  • Prepare documents and responses for Fair Work Commission and other tribunal proceedings, representing the organization with professionalism and expertise.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve disputes and provide coaching and advice on employment legislation, policies, and procedures.
  • Manage complex ER cases involving injured or ill team members, providing timely and effective support.

Requirements:
  • Significant experience in HR or ER/IR roles, including investigations, litigations, and case management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations within different jurisdictions, with experience working with the Fair Work Commission and other relevant bodies.
