Senior Case Manager Opportunity

We seek a senior case manager to join our team, providing expert advice and leading best practice processes in employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive case management excellence, provide expert advice, and lead best practice processes across a wide range of matters, including complex misconduct investigations, coaching people leaders, mentoring case managers, representing the organization externally, partnering with business portfolios, and leading projects that improve systems, policies, and leader support

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in complex ER case management (e.g., sexual harassment, bullying, discrimination, and whistleblower complaints)
  • A strong working knowledge of Australian employment law and ER frameworks
  • Exceptional communication skills – clear, concise, and empathetic
  • A collaborative mindset, open to learning, feedback, and adapting to changing needs
  • Experience supporting mental health-related cases and applying procedural fairness
  • High attention to detail with sound administration and record-keeping abilities
