Job Description

The Role - Senior Contract Administrator

  • A critical role within the business as part of the wider commercial team, with responsibilities that include contract management, claims, RFIs, contract negotiation, risk mitigation, and maintaining organised records.
  • Collaborating with the Project Manager / Director and wider project team to ensure compliance, budgets, and contributing to cost analyses and savings initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

You'll be joining a high performing team and business with great reputation, plenty of projects variety, whilst being in a lead role within the wider commercial team. A long term, permanent position within a stable business who have an excellent client base and regularly receive repeat business.


  • Salary will be aligned with experience, however will range from $180-200k TRP.

Benefits

This opportunity comes with diverse and varied project sectors and building types ranging from Mixed Use, Apartments, Commercial, Education etc. Typically in the value range of $50m-150m.
