Senior Partnership Development Manager

We seek a seasoned leader to spearhead strategic customer relationships and commercial negotiations across major energy infrastructure portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee high-value partnership teams, structuring agreements that optimize growth, manage risk, and align with market and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with Senior Executives, Legal, Finance, and Operations to drive strong commercial outcomes.
  • Identify and pursue strategic partnership opportunities from evaluation to negotiation.
  • Develop and execute commercial strategies delivering sustainable growth and value.
  • Lead contract design, structuring, and negotiation for high-value commercial agreements.
  • Partner with internal teams on joint ventures, asset builds, and acquisitions.
  • Maintain and grow strong customer relationships as senior point of contact.
  • Engage with industry stakeholders to advance commercial and policy objectives.
Requirements:
  • Proven success in leading complex partnerships in energy, infrastructure, or related sectors.
  • Strong understanding of commercial models, regulatory frameworks, and risk management.
  • Exceptional relationship management and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in commercial modeling and business case development.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with high-performing teams.
