Empathetic Support Worker Wanted

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate support worker to join our team at Able Australia.

This role involves providing active support to individuals with disabilities in our Young Adult Day Programs, located in Newnham, Launceston. As a Disability Support Worker, you will be an integral part of our clients' lives, empowering them to participate in activities that bring joy and fulfillment.

To succeed in this rewarding role, you will require:

  • Experience supporting individuals with disabilities, aged care, community, or allied health
  • Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and client management tools
  • Valid First Aid & CPR certification and a Right to Work in Australia

While qualifications in disability, individual support, allied health, or mental health are highly regarded, we welcome applications from those who are willing to learn and grow with us.
