As a Developmental Educator, you'll work closely with participants and their support networks to develop personalized plans, ensuring they receive the right services and resources to thrive. Your expertise will help bridge gaps in accessibility and promote social participation, fostering a sense of belonging and community connection.
- We offer a competitive salary range of $83,582 - $100,342 per annum, plus annual leave loading and superannuation benefits.
This role requires a Bachelor or Master's degree in Disability (or equivalent) and eligibility for DEAI membership. You'll also need to hold a valid NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children's Check, and possess a strong advocacy mindset, along with empathy, understanding, and excellent communication skills.
