About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at HealthcareLink Support. As a key member of our Allied Health department, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals living with disability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical advice, education, and care to participants in line with relevant guidelines and evidence-based practices.
  • Evaluate participant management plans regularly and modify them as needed to ensure effectiveness, efficiency, and quality.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement integrated care plans that meet individual needs.
  • Communicate effectively with participants and their families to ensure their understanding and involvement in treatment planning.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
  • AHPRA registration is mandatory for this position.
  • Familiarity with NDIS principles and participant-centered practices is desirable.
  • A current driver's license and National Police Check are required.
  • The ability to obtain or currently hold a Working with Vulnerable People Card/NDIS Worker Screening Check is essential.
