About the Role:

This role involves providing direct care and domestic assistance duties, as well as social support and transport as required for clients. You will work in a multidisciplinary team to ensure that clients' rights, cultural, spiritual, and other individual needs are incorporated in all aspects of care and daily living.

  • Ensure client safety and well-being
  • Provide effective support to clients, recognizing changes in their conditions and escalating observations and concerns according to our processes
  • Promote quality activities and deliver exceptional customer service

The ideal candidate has a Certificate III/IV or equivalent in Individual Support (Aged or Disability) or currently studying a Diploma in Nursing or Bachelor of Nursing. They must also have current First Aid and CPR certificates, a valid driver's license, and a willingness to learn and grow with our team.
