Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our Allied Health department, you will provide clinical care, advice, and education to participants with diverse needs. Your expertise will contribute to the development of individually tailored plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our participants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality clinical services, including assessments, goal setting, and progress monitoring, in accordance with relevant clinical guidelines and evidence.
  • Evaluate and modify treatment plans regularly to ensure effectiveness, efficiency, and quality.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to establish common goals and develop integrated care plans that meet the unique needs of each participant.
  • Communicate effectively with participants, families, and other stakeholders to ensure their understanding and involvement in care planning.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Knowledge of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and participant-centered practices is highly desirable.
  • Current driver's license and ability to travel as required.
  • National Police Check and Working with Vulnerable People Card/NDIS Worker Screening Check.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
