About the Role

We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team. This is a key position that plays a crucial role in client satisfaction and success.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building relationships with clients, understanding their objectives, challenges, and context. They will match our services to client needs and guide our teams to deliver results that make our clients wildly successful.

This role requires someone who is proactive, smart, empathetic, professional, and reliable. The successful candidate will have excellent client service skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements:

  • Cross-channel marketing B2B knowledge essential.
  • Experience running high-volume campaigns.
  • A minimum of 5 years of account management experience preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent vendor management skills.
