About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients, identifying and resolving potential issues, and driving adoption of our platform.

Our ideal candidate is a relationship builder who can remain calm under pressure and celebrate the successes of their partners. They will have a strong analytical foundation and be able to manipulate and synthesize data to inform their decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of client accounts, including low to mid-sized spend accounts and accounts with strategic growth potential.
  • Identify and flag risks that may lead to client churn and engage internal stakeholders to resolve the issue promptly.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, conduct regular business reviews, and provide a high-quality experience to our clients.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely response and completion of client requests, and drive adoption of platform features that lead to a better client experience.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 4+ years of relevant work experience, including client-facing experience.
  • Previous experience in at least one of the following: fast-growth startup, top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or private equity.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to manipulate and synthesize data to inform decision-making.
  • Proficiency in English and native Korean language.
