**Job Opportunity**

We are seeking a Financial Partner to collaborate with our manufacturing team in Victoria. As part of this role, you will contribute to achieving financial targets by providing business support, identifying cost savings opportunities, and analyzing internal controls.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Partner with the production team to drive financial performance
  • Identify and implement initiatives to reduce costs
  • Monitor and report on internal control processes
  • Develop accurate product pricing strategies
  • Communicate weekly performance reports
  • Support capital expenditure requests

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, or Science
  • CA or CPA qualification desirable
  • Proven ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
