Job Title: Client Promotions Operations Specialist

Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to oversee the end-to-end execution of promotional campaigns for CFDs (Contracts for Difference). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and executing promotional activities from an operational and quality assurance perspective.

Main Responsibilities
  • Campaign Execution & Support: Coordinate campaign execution, prepare campaign briefs and terms & conditions, and work closely with Marketing, CRM, and Compliance teams to ensure promotions comply with local regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Operations & Compliance: Maintain accurate promotion records, including T&Cs, logs, and internal trackers, and liaise with compliance for promotional approvals.
  • Platform & Tool Coordination: Use CRM tools, promotion engines, and backend dashboards to set up and monitor campaigns, and collaborate with Tech/Dev teams to test and QA promotional mechanics before go-live.
  • QA and Process Improvement: Conduct QA reviews of promotions and client account setups to identify recurring errors, provide QA insights, document customer feedback, and integrate findings into process improvements.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in an operations role within the CFD industry or another financial industry is preferred.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Quick learner with the ability to absorb and apply information efficiently.
  • Team player with excellent collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel skills are an advantage).
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
