Job Overview

The Client Promotions Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role in managing and executing promotional campaigns from an operational and quality assurance perspective.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Execution & Support: Coordinate end-to-end execution of promotions and campaigns, including deposit bonuses, trading competitions, and referral programs.
  • Operations & Compliance: Ensure all promotions comply with local regulatory requirements and internal company policies, liaise with compliance teams for promotional approvals, and maintain accurate promotion records.
  • Platform & Tool Coordination: Use CRM tools, promotion engines, and backend dashboards to set up and monitor campaigns, collaborate with Tech/Dev teams to test and QA promotional mechanics before go-live.
  • QA and Process Improvement: Conduct QA reviews by operations staff to ensure eligibility criteria are correctly applied and CRM configurations align with promotion rules and desired client experience, identify recurring errors, document QA findings, and support continuous improvement of processes, rules, and systems.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • At least 2 years of experience in an operations role within the CFD industry or other financial industries is preferred.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Quick learner with the ability to absorb and apply information efficiently.
  • A team player with excellent collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel skills are an advantage).
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is required.
