Client Promotion Operations Coordinator

This is a specialized role that focuses on managing and executing promotional campaigns from an operational perspective. As a Client Promotions Specialist, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client application processes are handled with precision and fairness.
Key Responsibilities- Campaign Execution & Support: Coordinate end-to-end execution of promotions and campaigns to meet business objectives.
- Operations & Compliance: Ensure all promotions comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies to maintain accuracy and quality.
- Platform & Tool Coordination: Utilize CRM tools and backend dashboards to set up and monitor campaigns, collaborating with Tech/Dev teams to test and QA promotional mechanics before go-live.
- QA and Process Improvement: Conduct QA reviews by operations staff to ensure eligibility criteria are correctly applied and that configurations align precisely with defined promotion rules and the expected client experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in operations within the financial industry or other relevant sectors.
- Strong project management skills with a proven ability to oversee multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
- Quick learner with the ability to absorb and apply information efficiently.
- A team player with excellent collaboration skills.
This role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and effective communication to drive continuous improvement in promotional campaigns.
