Job Title: Client Promotions Operations Specialist

At our company, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Client Promotions Operations Specialist. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth execution of promotions and campaigns across various markets.

This specialist will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end campaign execution, working closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, CRM, and Compliance. Key responsibilities include preparing campaign briefs and terms and conditions, ensuring all promotions comply with local regulatory requirements and internal company policies, and maintaining accurate promotion records.

  • Prepare campaign briefs and T&Cs

Additionally, this specialist will play a key role in platform and tool coordination, using CRM tools, promotion engines, and backend dashboards to set up and monitor campaigns. Collaboration with Tech/Dev teams will be essential to test and QA promotional mechanics before go-live.

To ensure the success of operations and compliance, this specialist will need to identify recurring errors or inconsistencies in promotion processing, provide clear QA insights on SOP adherence, rule misinterpretations, and data handling issues, and generate detailed QA reports after each review cycle.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in an operations team within the CFD industry or other financial industries
  • Strong project management skills with a proven ability to oversee multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • A team player with excellent collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel skills are an advantage)
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
