**The Position**

We're looking for an energetic Marketing & Promotions Coordinator to coordinate the day-to-day marketing activities, communications, entertainment, social media and promotions across the Wests Group.

Assist with the planning, implementation and ongoing analysis of the Club's social media marketing and promotional strategy including the development of content and accompanying terms and conditions.

Communicate to staff all upcoming events, promotional activities and upcoming marketing initiatives utilising relevant channels and maintain website content to ensure it is reflective of all relevant information.

Assist with coordination, including design, of a selection of the Clubs entertainment including trivia, raffles, poker, F&B specials and live entertainment and support marketing events, community events and exhibitions offsite when required.

**Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills**:

- Good organisational and time management skills
- Experience with Adobe Suite programs
- Innovative, lateral and creative thinking
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proficient in MailChimp, Wordpress and Hootsuite
- Ability to adapt, work to tight deadlines, prioritise and use initiative
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 'People person' who is confident, dynamic and has a positive personality
- Ability to work both independently with mínimal supervision, and collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to execute campaigns and post-campaign analysis including social media marketing
- Marketing/Graphic Design qualification, studying or interest in Marketing/Graphic Design
- Studying or tertiary Marketing qualifications essential, additional Graphic / Communication Design skills desirable.

**Desirable**:

- Previous Club experience
- Understanding of the current regulations and legislations pertaining to marketing in the Club environment
- Drivers Licence & own transport
